1. Any comments?
2. Mate, there's a stickied guide at the top. The format you should go with is in there.

Here's the link to the guide. And the format link inside that guide is here.
3. Well, you're unlikely to get a ton of comments late at night (US/Europe), especially in under an hour since your original post.

Additionally, people may not take the time to click through links, I usually don't.

Posting them in the form of:
Seagate 7200.12 500 GB

is likely to get more comments, because it's more readable like this:
Seagate 7200.12 500 GB

For $5 more, this G.Skill Ripjaws or G.Skill ECO Series 4 GB kit has faster timings. Probably won't make a huge in-game difference, but it's only $5.

While that's a decent PSU, ATI recommends 450W. You might consider this OCZ ModXStream Pro at $60 ($40 after $20 MIR).

The motherboard looks fine, as long as you're ok with no USB 3, SATA 6.0 Gb/s (without expansion cards, at least), and no CrossFire in the future. None of those are necessary, but depending on how close you are to your budget, you might consider upgrading the motherboard to get them.

EDIT: And yes, posting in the suggested format also helps.
4. $541AR?
5. it's a solid build. Should play SC2 on high... you should have ordered it last week... I'm currently on a 5minute beer break from SC2 :0
6. Wont be here until Thursday, then I have to put it all together. I am dying knowing that people are playing right now. :(
