HD 5770 screen artifacting on youtube.

Hello,
I have a Sapphire 5770 and when I load youtube pages for some reason I get artifacts. I heard it could be a result of a poor PSU i am currently using a Rosewill RP600V2-S-SL 600W psu. Also i have already slightly tried overclocking this card would this void both warranties from Saphire and Newegg if it is a problem with the card?

Windows 7 32 bit
GPU: sapphire hd 5770
Ram: 4x1 gigs
CPU: q6600
PSU: Rosewill RP600V2-S-SL 600W

Yes man! your card is dead (need only time).. Mine XFX HD5770 die too , some capacitors stay bigger than normal, but no blew up! There was artifacts when browsing the internet (or youtube).. I tried to change capacitors with standart (not Solid), but card BLOWs UP with fire ! XFX made cards whitch are NOT for repairing!!!
