P6t shuts down but will not start

Hello,
I have an Asus P6t, Ultra 750 PSU, Intel i7 920,Corsair Extr 3 8gigs.The problem im haveing is pc ran fine for 6 months no problems at all then one day would not start.All under warrenty returned all and started over. Once again pc started up fine only this time ran for 3 weeks. I have been monitoring start up and sutdown every thing has been fine. Then one morning went to start and would not start.Same thing as the first time only all new parts again.The pc doese not run hot 35-40c,This time i pulled the battery out waited a few minutes put another battery in and pc started right up.I do not do any over clocking just some video recodeing. Any thing will help . Thanks

Hmm, I don't know about what others will say but it looks like the kink in this system in the PSU. I am not 100% on this, but isn't the "Ultra" brand Tiger Directs house brand? I seem to recall seeing it quite often on their site. Anyhow if it works for a little while then dies, try a new (different brand) PSU. I think if you popped the cash on a Enthusiast platform it seems silly to me to cheap out on a house brand PSU. Go for Corsair, Seasonic, Antec, ThermalTake or Silverstone. However this does not explain why a BIOS reset (battery pull) helped solve the problem. But a higher quality PSU surely wouldn't hurt!
