Tv as monitor driver issues

Hello,
I have an ATi Radeon 4350 card I am using with a w764 system nd a vizio hd monitor thru hdmi. I had to install an old driver(9-1 vista 64)to be able to use a ccc that had the ability to overdraw or use all my monitor space. Is there any way to install a new driver without and keep my old ccc? Or is there another program to use with the new driver that will allow me to utilize all my monitor space? If I use the new ccc I have about an inch of space all the way around that is blank. Thanks for your help.
