I was running my CPU at a stable clock speed of 4.0 GHz on air about 2 weeks ago. Before my old PSU started to give me problems and eventually killed one of my GPU's.
I just put in a new PSU and no longer can i overclock my CPU at all....
nothing...not even .1 it just will no longer POST.
Did my old PSU kill my motherboard? or damage it?...
Or what might be wrong?

PSU: COrsair TX850
CPU: Phenom 2 x4 955 @ stock clock
RAM: 4GB Corsair XMS3 DDR3 1333MHz Ram
MOBO: MSI NF 750 G55 SLi Mobo
HDD: 7200rpm 300 GB WD
GPU: GTX 260 216
OS: Windows 7 64bit Home Pro.

What might be the problem?

It is possible that some other components may have been damaged. I would start by removing all the RAM and trying the modules one at a time. The majority of POST errors are RAM related, at least in my experience. It might also be worthwhile resetting all your BIOS settings back to default first.
