Is my ram compatable ?

i have just purchased an ASRock P45DE mobo and want to know if my old ram is compatable with this board ? the ram is 4x1 gig corsair xms2 8500c5d Dominator 1066 MHZ . if it isnt could someone suggest what i should get instead pls.

im a total noob when it comes to pc s so any help would be great .
