Rampage II flashing

Hello,
I have an ASUS Rampage II Extreme motherboard and when I switch on the power supply switch on the back of my case the ROG light on the northbridge chip and the external monitor just flashes - no fans turn at all when I try to turn on the PC.

Welcome to the forum! Lets sort this out;
No fans at all operate? Let's hope it's just a power supply. Disconnect and emove the PSU from the case, plug a fan into one of the molex connectors so there is a load, use a paperclip to jump from the green wire to any black wire, plug in PSU and turn on.
If the fan does not spin, replace the PSU - it is defective.
If the fan spins, reinstall the PSU and report back.
