How do i install super multi drive install disc windows

helo ive got an lg internal/gh24 super multi dvd rewriter n the disc that came with sounds like its loading but doesnt show on my screen how do i get it to load plse

If your having trouble with the disc loading you could open up windows explorer and go to "My Computer". Make sure your drive shows up there (DVD Drive, etc.) If it's not there then you have a hardware problem.

However, if the drive does show up and the disc simply isnt loading you can try this. Back in the My Computer screen, right click on the drive and go to explore. Sometimes autorun on CD's or DVD's fails to work.

If it turns out you have a hardware problem, let us know and we can try and walk you through troubleshooting.
