Windows7 install attempt, BOOTMGR is missing problem

okay so i just bought a new 120 gb ssd and i tried transferring windows 7 from my old hdd but i got up to a point and couldnt figure out how to finish the process. Now that my friend found his windows 7 cd the bootmgr missing problem i had with booting from my usb is no longer a problem. So now that i half finished the process from this tutorial( http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/149969-ssd-install... ) and have a cd to use, it still doesnt work. When i boot from my ssd, it still comes up with BOOTMGR is missing. How can i resolve this, did i mess up my new drive by attempting to create a new partition or am i just not doing something right?

Any help would be appreciated, if some things are unclear i appolagize im in a rush to continue studying for an exam

Thanks
