Hello,
My daughter gave me a Seagate Goflex satelite external harddisk which is bluetooth enable. She use it on her Mac PC, the WiFi/Bluetooth did'nt work, but she could use it as a normal external hard disk. I connect it to my WindowsXP PC, the pc only recognized it as a "device" hence I can't use it as an external hard disk. Please help me to get it recognised as an external hard disk

It's likely formatted using a format which Windows can't read. You will need to format it from Windows to make the drive usable (assuming the formatting is the issue).

To format it in Windows try these instructions, IT WILL ERASE ALL DATA ON THE DRIVE.
