Transferring Data from old boot drive

I have a new pc with Windows 7 installed. Can I plug my old hdd in which also has Windows 7 installed on just to transfer some files that are on it, or will there be a conflict because of 2 OS.

yeah you can plug in your old harddrive, just make sure in bios that your win7 hardrive is the first boot drive.
