I have four 1 tb hard drives set up as two pairs of raid 1 disks. Is it posible to remove the raid 1 from them and run them as four seperate discs without loosing my data.
My bootable drive is an SSD 250 gb running Windows 7

Since it's raid 1, it should not be a problem since there is no striping involved. Just switch the bios from raid to AHCI. Sometime it may be necessary to go into the raid manager afterwards and remove any raid containers that it may be complaining is now degraded.
