Raid 0 Data Recovery options

Hello,
I recently was running a striped raid array when I decided to break it apart and start new. I deleted a bunch of files and broke apart the raid array. I then quick formatted the drives and installed new operating systems on it.
I then realized I made a HUGE mistake and was missing a ton of files I thought I backed up on an external drive

What is the best way to try and get some of this data back? Should I e=rebuild my raid array and attempt data recovery files ?


Or just attempt to use file recovery programs on the three separate drives?

Could, but also could make it worst since you break the raid and installed something on it already.

Can't, each drive would have a piece of a file, can't recover file that way.

thanks for the reply and what do you mean by a pro? if your talking about a company that recovers data do you recommend any one for my problem?
