P4vm800 on board audio device gone

i have a asrock p4vm800 motherboard, at fisrt audio device was working well,... but now, it just gone, i cant find it, its not in the device manager either, i tried installing sound cards but it doesnt detect the device also,.. everythings fine, only the audio thing is my prob,.. whats should i do? help me please,...

Enter BIOS and see if you have to enable sound device there.
