SSD to boot, HDD for everything else

i was wondering if i could load a copy of windows 7 onto my 64gb SSD, and all my drivers and stuff for a faster boot time, b ut was wondering if i coud save all my stuff onto my 2tb HDD by default automatically without manually setting everything i instal to save onto my HDD. i am not used to having an SSD so i know i would accidently fill the small SSD in no time at all without realizing it.

More about boot else
  1. you can set all your default profile and install paths in windows 7 to your secondary drive so that you will not have to worry about it.
  2. how do i do that? and by doing that do i lose all my settings (though they really don't matter to me, i can do it all again)
