Hello, ive got the asrock n68c gs ucc, with amp phenom 2 x4 3.2ghz processor and 4gb corsair 800hz ram, in my bios the clock speed comes up as 800mhz, can any1 tell me why this is happening?

Do you have the 95W version of the Phenom II x4 955 or one of the 125W versions? Your board only officially supports the 95W version and if the CPU is unsupported by your board it either wont work at all or it might run at 800MHz

The CPU might just be idling because of Cool n Quiet. Try running a CPU intensive application and see if the CPU goes to it's full 3.2GHz.

+1 cool n quiet issues or might be a function in bios that downclocks
