hello, i've recently purchased a RAZER Lachesis 4000dpi gaming mouse. i love the feel of it, love the settings that it has, and would have no problems with it if it wasn't for the fact that it switches profiles either at random or whenever i press any buttons rendering it completely useless. my question is either how do i fix it, do i need a new mouse and if so witch is a good mouse with the same feel, or is it just a dud mouse that i should RMA?
