I've recently bought a new computer. The following are some the specs.

Athlonll X2 215 (R) 2.7 GHz (65W)
Windows 7 64 bit
Power supply - 250W
GeForce 6150SE nForce 430
4GB 240 pin, DDR3 SDRAM
PCI One (One available)
PCI Express x16 One (One available)
PCI Express x1 Two (Two available)

I play games such as Second Life, Guild Wars, Sacred and Left 4 Dead so want to make sure I have an adequate card but I'm just lost when it comes to knowing what to pick.

My old Dell Dimension 2400 ran a 256mb GeForce 6200 which I installed to replace the onboard memory. This card has worked very well for all my gaming needs.

Any advice is appreciated, thank you!

Whats your budget?
And oh, a 250W psu, ouch...

You might try to buy a ATI HD4670, as its a VERY energy efficient card.

Ive got a Packard Bell PC here, with an athlon 64 x2 2.2ghz and a 4670 running stable on a 250W PSU, so that shouldnt be a problem. Also, your CPU is very energy efficient, so it should work. It can play most new games at mid/high settings.

You could also upgrade your PSU to 500W, and buy a ATI HD5770 or ATI HD5830

Good luck :D

With out replacing the PSU your best options would be HD4670 or HD5570 which is newer and has even less power consumption, they are similar in performance. If you were happy with the 6200 card you are going to be even happier with the cards suggested.
