Do I need a new PSU?

I've recently put together a build, but I noticed that the cpu is running pretty hot with the stock fan. I'm thinking that I would purchase a Cooler Master V8 to bring the temperature down and I am not sure if I should get a new PSU with it.

Here's the specs on my desktop:

Asus P7P55 Deluxe Motherboard
Intel Core i5 750
Corsair XMS3 4GB Dual Channel DDR3 RAM
Diamond Radeon HD 5850 1GB
Western Digital Caviar Black 750 GB
LG GH22NS50R DVDRW Drive
Cooler Master HAF 922M ATX Mid Tower Case
Ultra X4 600-Watt Modular Power Supply

I'm not planning on overclocking or upgrading anytime soon so what is your guy's verdict?

Thanks, any advice would be much appreciated.

your PSU is fine and a new CPU HSF won't push it over the edge. it would not be my first choice but it's more then capable to do the current job.

Seems fine. That heatsink really doesn't draw much power, none of them do.

The Ultra X4 line wouldn't be my first choice but they are an improvement from some of their earlier offerings.
It will be fine for your present set-up.
I would buy a CM Hyper 212+ over a V8 though.
