Everything looks good, although I'd invest in a more prominent brand-name power supply as those tend to be the ones that last the longest. Other than that it sounds good.

I didnt know about the new motherboards coming out next year.
Do you suggest i should hold the money and wait till next year
when the new parts come out or what?Also i thank you for the reply

I suggest netting a beefy 80+ PSU, a great GPU and a platform that does fine for games now ^^
