There really aren't many choices with very low budget builds. The choices are kind of made for you.

I'd look around at some slightly bigger PSUs if you go the SLI route. A good quality (i.e. Corsair, Antec, XFX, Silverstone or SeaSonic) 650W would do it or a 700W from OCZ would be fine.
