Noctua NF-P14FLX in a HAF 922 ?

Hello would a Noctua NF-P14FLX fit in a HAF 922 Back pannel (Exhaust) 120MM?

I know this fan fits 120mm holes but the reason I ask is because its very tight on the back exhaust so i dont know if the circul design would hit the sides (even tho it screws line up)

Looks to me if you have about 15mm free space outside the holes on both sides it should fit.

I had Kaze Maru and I ditched it... to noisy for my liking...

But I also read that 140mm fan review @Xbit and I'm looking for those TY-140 fans...
