New SSD System, L4 tweak/assembly/settings tips, total newb here

Here's my new rig (Windows 7, 64-bit):
CPU: i3-2100 @ 3.10ghz
MOBO: ASRock H77M Micro ATX
RAM: G.SKILL Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
GRAPHICS: XFX Radeon HD 7850 1GB
HDD: WD Caviar Blue 500GB 7200RPM
SSD: Kingston HyperX 3K 120 GB SATA III
Case: NZXT Source 210 Elite
PSU: CORSAIR CX430 V2
OPTICAL: Lite-On iHAS124-04
Anyway, I heard something about RAID 0 caching set up, can my system support this?
I'm looking for the best way to set this up to take full advantage of the technology/speed in SSD.
Also, on top of the 500GB internal listed here, I also have a 1.5TB external hard drive just sitting around somewhere.
