Non deducted Hard drive

my SATA hard drive 250 Gb is not deducted in BIOS and also not in window. hard drive making a sound of tic tic in side. there some important data in the drive help me to recover the data.

The ticking noises are a common indication or symptom of dead drives.

You will have to go through a data recovery service like the one linked below as there's no easy way for a novice to recover data without a 99% failure rate.

If something like that is too expensive, you may have to determine whether or not the data is truly worth saving. Also, you may want to consider a backup method for important data like that in the future (external hard drive that doesn't stay plugged in all the time, USB thumb drive, burning things to DVDs, etc).
