How to setup local area connection via router

Hello,
i want to add a computer to my router(not wireless) but forget how to setup. What should I do?

Link the new computer to router via an ethernet cable. Then start your browser.

If things don't work go to Control Panel, Network Connections.

If you are trying to link two local computers via the router remember to turn off firewalls in both computers while establishing the link via "add new network place".
