Dell Inspiron 8200 BIOS command

Hello,
I'm replacing my CMOS batteries because my screen has gone down, but before I do I need to copy my 6 pages of BIOS settings data in case I need to reset them. Trouble is I've forgotten how to display them from "Safe" mode!

just put the new battery in and set date, time and that stuff manually
