So I'm building a new system. Quick specs are 2600k cpu, 460 sli, 8 gigs of gskill, etc.

So I'm trying to decide on what motherboard to get. I'm leaning towards the MSI P67A-GD55 for $164.99. I see with a lot of the higher benchmarks people are using the ASUS P8P67 DELUXE.. I really have a few main questions. Do any boards do 2 PCIE's at 16 or do they all do 2 @8? I know the Asus does 2@8, but the MSI never really specifies.
Am I really going to notice a difference in the motherboard from one to the next assuming I don't get a really crappy one?
And lastly any other suggestions about what board to get?

Yes there are motherboards that do 2x 2.0 PCI-E @x16.

For example

I saw some benchmarks a while ago that showed the comparison of the bandwidth for x16 slot and x8 slot on a 1GB card and the difference was only like 2-3%. So going x16/x8 or x8/x8 shouldn't hurt your cards a lot.

I suggest looking at the z68 boards that was released. They are between 100-200dollars.
