HAF 922 Case + Noctua NH-D14 + P7P55D-E Pro?

I have read that the backplate cutout in the HAF 922 has trouble fitting the Noctua, so you have to cut it bigger yourself (not something I want to do). I wanted to know if anyone had the Haf 922 AND The NH-D14, for an intel motherboard (I was thinking the P7P55D-E Pro, but what is the likelihood anyone will have all three of these in their computer here?)... and did you have any trouble getting them to work together?

well you are in luck, I have the D-14 and 922 and it fits with about 1-2 inches form the rear of the case and i have the fan on the rear as well. did not need to cut anything

I wonder if it depends on what motherboard you have, or is there a standard location to put the CPU. I wonder why that guy had to cut a hole...

that si a good question.. I couldn't answer that however I would think that the socket is roughly in the same location.. I am sure it can be off a little but idk about being that far off.. I could be wrong however as I don't have that board, I have the gigabyte X58A-UD3R rev 2
