Can somebody explain the difference between the 2 processors listed in the thread title? Is there really a good performance difference? Thanks in advance...

Simply, ones clocked 133Mhz higher due to binning.
The real-world difference is pretty negligible.

5% more performance for 3.6% higher price. Worth it for people that do not overclock.
