It's not that great. You've got a good CPU and a good GPU in it, but sacrificed too much on the other parts. You also through in an unnecessary expense with the BluRay drive. I highly suggest looking at AMD builds as they typically will cost a lot less than an Intel build.

Here's a list of what to look for:

CPU: X4 955
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-790XTA-UD4
RAM: A 2x2 GB set of 1333 mhz (or 1600 mhz) sticks. CAS Latency 7 is preferred.
HDD: Same (assuming it's the 7200.12) or a Samsung Spinpoint F3 500 GB.
Optical: Cheapest SATA DVD burner you can find.
GPU: Try checking prices on an HD 5850. If you can't afford it, drop the CPU to an X3 440 and that should do it.

No idea. I believe one of the links found in the sticky at the top of the forum may have links to various online retailers by region.

I think ewiz.com ships internationally but I'm not sure. It has competitive American prices but of course shipping can cost a lot...
