Why is it impossible to find Directcu 5850s in Canada now?

They're not on Newegg, they're out of stock in DirectCanada, BestDirect says they're in stock but I placed an order and they sent me an email saying it was on back order..
Are they coming out with a new model or something?
I really need a graphics card though. Are there any other cards that are comparable to the Directcu 5850? I read that the Gigabyte GV-R585OC-1GD is really noisy, and none of the XFX ones are good for overclocking.

edit: since the DirectCU I ordered is on backorder, anyone know what the chances are of them getting new stock in a week or two?

I just called BestDirect and the guy told me they already ordered new ones and they'll get there in "roughly one week". I hope that's not just to get me not to cancel my order for a week..
