Need input for which DDR3 to buy

I am building a system with the following components and need some advice on what I should buy for memory. Thanks in advance for any help in this area.

Did you already purchase the other components? PSU doesn't look great and you don't need nearly 1000W.

Yes I already purchased all these items. Also, is it best to go with 2gbX4 or 4gbX2?
