Need help, my computer keeps blue screening

Graphics card: Ati Radeon HD 5700 Series. I'm positive it's 5750 though.


Here's the problem.
When I first obtained the rig through newegg, I had purchased MORE RAM

My question is, how is it that when I used all four of my RAM slots, I kept getting blue screened?
Is it my BIOS, my RAM, my RAM slots, or my mobo?

The two sets of ram are rated for different voltage, 1.65v and 1.5v. They should be matched.

Mismatched voltages can cause BSOD? I wasn't aware, thanks for reply.

Again, sorry for the double post. Can mismatched RAM cause a BSOD?
