Nanya RAMs

Ok, here's a tricky question:

I have Nanya laptop RAM module with the sticker on them, which has the partial number: "NT2GT64U8HD0BN-AD"
Referring to this numbering guide: www.nanya.com/NanyaAdmin/GetFiles.ashx?ID=351
I have DDR2 SDRAM (T = DDR2 SDRAM), and I operate at 1.8V (U=SSTL-18).
But the last two symbols are "AD" which stand for PC3-6400-6-6-6 (DDR3 SDRAM).
So the question is: Do I have ddr3 or ddr2? And if I have ddr3 why do I operate at 1.8 Volts?

I have also checked the component number which is: "NT5TU128M8DE-AD" and does not match my understanding either.

Yes, but don't you think it's strange that the partial number has those mismaches...
