For what? How much is it costing you? What do you need it to do for you?

We need criterion on which to judge if something is good for you or a good build in general, but just looking at it, it seems to be poorly proportioned and using some old stuff and some weak stuff like the 9550 and the GT 240.

Its a strange mix of parts for a new build, there is no point in getting an original Phenom as a cheaper Athlon would be better, 4GB RAM is enough for most uses and 6GB will not run in dual channel. I think the motherboard was made for HP. If you explain what the reason for the question is and what you want to use the computer for you may get better answers.
