Which cooler is the best?

I am going for a upgrade on my cooler. i have have few air and closed liquid coolers on my mind and would love to get some much needed suggestions. there are mostly air coolers but i would like some cheap liquid coolers.

Um not really a fair poll you're comparing $30-40 air coolers with $80-100 liquid coolers.
Put similiarly priced air-coolers in your poll then i'd vote.
There are many $70-90 air coolers that are just as good as the Corsairs.

Self-contained liquid do not cool as well as the best air. Period.
