1. The P7P55D-E Pro is a fine board, but the P55-GD65 and Maximus Formula are good choices also.

2.Only if its a quality unit. For some serious OCCing Id recommend a 750W/850W though.

1. I want to know the answer to this too! Can I mod the question a little bit? Best board for $200 with sata3/usb3? Plan to use an X3440 (4c8t) instead of i5 760 (4c4t).

edit: P7P55D-E Pro it is.

2. Timop is right.

1) Gigabyte P55A-UD4P
2) MSI P55-GD85
3) Evga SLI FTW (E657)
4) Asrock P55 Extreme4

Gigabyte GV-N460OC-1GI GTX460 1GB DDR5 x 2
Seagate ST3500418AS
ASUS DRW-24B1ST
Corsair HX750
NZXT Phantom

Im deciding between those 4 boards and this is going to be my build.
I dont really care about USB3/Sata3.
I just want to make sure the board is a good overclocker.
