OCZ Agility 3 a good SSD?

I have been looking for a decent SSD of 120+ gbs for under 100$ was wondering if this was a good SSD or not.

My rig:
i5 3570k processor
MSI Z77A-G45 MOBO
Coolmax 900W 80+ bronze PSU
G. Skill sniper 8gb (2x4) 1600 mghz RAM
Cooler Master HAF XM CASE
Windows 7 64-bit home premium OS
Seagate 1 TB 7200 rpm 64 mb cache HDD

Agility 3 is fine. I used one before, no issues. Typical users will not see a huge difference between current and last gen mainstream SSDs like the Agility 3 vs high end SSDs. It's not like night and day like it is with HDDs to SSDs.

I've used the Agilty 3 for about a year with no issues. Seems good for the price.
