Looking to buy a motherboard

I need some suggestions on a motherboard replacement to buy for my desktop.

Here's my requirements that it needs to support -

Core 2 duo/core 2 quad or AMD Athlon quad core. (or the equivalent in price and performance, I'll be buying the cpu after)
DDR2 dual line in memory
Decent Bus speed
At least one PCI-E slot
SATA II ports

And then price, I really don't want to spend more then 80 to a hundred dollars on a motherboard like this.

I'd suggest that you go to the LGA 1155 platform. You can get a mobo for $60 and an i3 2100 processor.

They have DDR3 memory so they may not be suitable if you need to stay with DDR2.

There are 48 H61/H67/P67/Z68 mobos for under $100 at Newegg.

Indeed, if are going intel on your latest build go for a cheaper "sandy chip".
