Change your HDD to this instead for $10 more, it's faster and it has a greater capacity by 360 GB.

Samsung Spinpoint F3 1 TB 7200 RPM - $79.99
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822152185

This RAM has lower latencies and costs $5 more or so:

G.Skill Ripjaws 4 GB DDR3 CL7 - $110.99

This PSU costs less after rebates and is modular as well as providing more PCI-E connections.

XFX P1-650X-CAG9 650W - $104.99, $30 USD available

As to the question of 32 vs 64 bit OS, you have 4 GB of ripjaw RAM listed (good stuff, go with the lower CAS latency as Lmeow suggested CL7, it's faster). To use any more than 3.25 GB of system RAM 64 bit OS is required. I would use the 64 bit OS unless you have some older peripherals that may not have 64 bit drivers, i.e. printers, scanners, cameras etc. 64 bits drivers are really not a problem in the last 2 years.

Also if you add more RAM down the road, it would be nice to be able to use it. Most "new" builds and commercial (HP, Dell, Acer, Asus) desktop systems come with 64 bit OS installed primarily because of the memory mapping limitation of 32 bit OSes.

Enjoy your build, I wish I could build a new system, but I've reached my quota for at least a year.

I did what you said and replaced those parts thank you!!! My only question
now is there a better gfx card out there that's around the same price point or is that the best? Thanks!

yes i agree with Lmeow im going to pick up a new gigabyte gtx 460 1gb OC edition, its about a 10% performance decrease from the 5850, but its cheaper and when put into sli its better than a gtx480 and in 2 gtx 460s in sli compared to 2 5850s in crossfire is almost identical in performance if not better
