Which gpu should I get?

I'm considering a new graphics card, primarily for gaming. I wanna try to keep it under $120 or so.

Athlon 64 X2 5200+ 2.7GHz
MSI 770T-C45
4GB G.Skill DDR2 800
Sapphire HD 4670 1GB

Thinking about going with this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161297 OR would I see a more noticeable difference in performance by getting a new CPU instead? I'm open to suggestions.

That card will give you more boost than a CPU upgrade unless you are playing at lower resolution than 1280 x 1024. Then a better CPU would give more boost.

Awesome card - went from a 4650 to a 4850 and the performance boost was very noticeable. If you're thinking about pushing it further, you could get a 5770 - http://www.newegg.com/product/product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102858

They're amazing value-wise, but you should be ok with the 4850.
