Newbie here!Install new ATI 10.3 and new CCC over old versions 9.11 ?

Hi newbie here I have new system with Radeon 5770 and I was trying to update graphics driver. Anyway can I just install 10.3 over 8.66 driver and Catalyst Control Center without uninstall if I 'm not having any problems with the old driver I just want new features and game performance and will I get the new features in CCC without uninstall? The reason for this questions is a second opinion and I don't want to cause any issues!THANKS !
