Here are the two I was thinking of getting.

Only difference I see is the first one is PC3 10600 and the other is PC3 10666, the 10666 ram also has a 17 dollar off promo code which I do not mind.. Both are 1333 MHz speed, which I believe is the max speed for my laptop (looked it up, my laptop will support 1333 MHz). Both RAM's had reviewers saying it worked with the same model I have.

My laptop is a ASUS N61JQ-X1, Intel i7 Quad 1.6 GHz, currently have 4 GB of Kingston RAM 1033 speed.

Any suggestions of which ones I should get. These are the only 2 if found on NewEgg. I am open to other suggestions as well. I just want the fastest one I can get that is 8GB. So my RAM will be upgraded to the max, and I will not have to worry about upgrading it again.

They are the same speed. If it makes you happier, choose the one that was marked down. You will not notice any speed difference.
