I met a big problem when I want to print my word/excel/outlook files.
I am in the domain and had a log in script. I had a network printer. It can
print the test page and .jpg/.bmp files. But when it printed the
word/excel/outlook even the txt files, the word or excel crashed and quit. I
tried to delete and reinstall, it didn't work. I installed other printers on
network, they all worked well. So, I skipped the
script and it seemed work well. But after a while, same problem happened
again. What can I do now?
BTW All my work need the network.
PS the printer is Xerox workCenter Pro 55 ps
