Total = 1705 USD / 1310 Euros / 643 BD

Additional Notes:

+ My friend says that a HAF 922 is big enough to fit even a 5970 and a V10 and still look spacious - is this true? cuz i find the HAF X REAALY BIG and i'd rather have a HAF 922 if it can actually fit a 5970 (maybe i'd like to upgrade to something big like 5970 in the future).

+ Is 600W enough for what i am gonna buy?

+ I'm concerned about the RAM and Mobo the most, but i thought they were the best buys from Advanti - any better ones which are worth importing? or are they gd already?

For RAM i would go with this, cheaper and just as good...
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231276
$99.00 USD as opposed to $173.00 USD saving $74.00 USD

This is the same video card for less...
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102884
$284.00 USD as opposed to $385.00 USD saving $101.00 USD

This is the same Motherboard for less...
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131633&cm_re=Asus_M4A89GTD_PRO-_-13-131-633-_-Product
$139.99 USD as opposed to $186.00 USD saving you $47.00 USD

As you can see, if you're going to buy any parts from Newegg, get them ALL from Newegg, you'll be able to save enough $$$ to get ANOTHER 5850 for crossfiring and get a better power supply.

As for that power supply, i would go for the Corsair TX 750 for $10.00 more
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139006
This power supply will handle anything you throw at is, even crossfire 5850's. That Coolermaster power supply is suspect.

DEFINITELY go with the HAF 922, it will fit anything you need and have plenty room for cable management.

If you can buy all items from Newegg, DO IT! :)

hehe, for 1705 USD, i can build you a much better machine and STILL save you the $$$... i am in the wrong businessss...

If you feel more comfortable going to a nearby store, go for it.

Agree with getting a different power supply. 600W is enough for now, but if you were to upgrade in the future and/or overclock, you might want something a little bigger. 650 for a single 5970/no overclock...maybe 750-850 for 5850+5970+overclocking.

I'm unsure about the HSF. For $75 you should be able to get something a little better, I would think. Check out Frostytech's top "5" heatsinks and see if they have any of those available.

The Caviar Green isn't great as a boot drive. See if you can get a Samsung Spinpoint F3 1 TB, Seagate 7200.12 1 TB , or a Western Digital Caviar Black 1 TB drive.

Finally, for the price of the 5850 Toxic, you're right near the price of a standard 5870. I'd think you'd be better off going with one of those instead.

The HAF 922 is quite big and can hold a 5970.

In general, the build looks pretty good, if you make a couple of tweaks.

WOWZERS!!

jonpaul - that is amazing i never noticed that. Unfortunately the odds are against me to purchase online - my parents aren't comfotable with the concept xD (plus getting the stuff manually allows me to check all the parts in hand) but we are still discussing it, so it's a possibility.

If i can import the corsair TX 750 for not much of an increase in price that would be awesome (advanti ships the parts)

Never though about that surprisingly - 750W sounds reasonable

Getting it cuz it looks awesome and still does a gd job *shrugs* but ty anyways

Thanks, gonna look into it.

The reason i went for 5850 is becuz on one screen it would be the same standard as 5870 (according to some reviews at the least) and i don't have enough for more screens :S

Awesome

thank you coldsleep ^^
