yes, you should have received a molex to 6 pin adapter included as part of the accessories with your card.

You connect the molex's to your PSU and the 6 pin to your graphics card.

Yes. Any decent computer store should have adapters on sale that convert standard 4-pin peripheral connectors to 6-pin pci express ones.

well there isn't much you can do about that, either unplug some stuff that isn't necessary so that you have enough molex's or just buy a new PSU with at least 2 x 6pin PCI-E connectors.
