Will the games run at max settings with this motherboard paired with a HD 5770 and a i3 930 processor

Depends on the game, but the 5770 should run most things very well at that res. Besides Crysis, of course...

what about the motherboard will that be fine for the HD 5770. The motherboard comes with all overclockable features with the bios itself...

Unfortunately that motherboard will not support your chosen processor.
What you need is an Intel X58 (LGA1366) based motherboard OR an LGA1156 i7, i5 or i3 CPU.
Also, if it is at all possible, I would highly recommend getting an ASUS or Gigabyte motherboard, especially if you are planning on overclocking.

sorry i meant to say i3 530 not 930. my mistake. Now will the motherboard be fine. its got a 5 rating from the viewers too.

Actually at that res you could play Crysis at high settings with around 40-50FPS.
I don't understand the over exaggeration about Crysis.

Yes, it will work fine.
Perhaps not the top quality but everything will work just fine.
