HOW CAN I FIX THIS ISSUE; ABOUT MY VIDEO CARD? BECAUSE I TRIED LOTS OF REPAIRS BUT IT DOESNT WORK SO WELL,

MY FIRST REPAIR:
I JUST CLEANED MY VGA CARD WITH AN ERASER: IT RUNS, BUT AFTER A FEW MINS. IT WENT ON "FLICKER" WHAT I MEAN IS THE IMAGES DOESNT MEET THE ORIGINAL DISPLAY. YOU CANNOT UNDERSTAND THE TEXT AND THE PICTURE WENT ON COLOR GREEN OR SOMETIMES BLUE. NOT THE BLUE SCREEN FOR MEMORY PROBLEMS. I THINK MAYBE ITS THE HEATSINK FAN.

MY SECOND ATTEMPT: I CLEANED IT WITH LACQUER THINNER WITH A BRUSH. AND TRIED TO DRY IT WITH MY SOLDERING HOT AIR. IT RUNS, BUT STILL THE COLOR IS DIFFERENT FROM THE ORIGINAL.AND THE HEATSINK FAN RUNS FASTER THAN BEFORE. I CHECKED MY MONITOR WITH THE OTHER VIDEO CARD. IT WORKS WELL. I DUNNO WHAT OPTION I'LL DO. BUT MY NEXT STEP WILL BE PUTTING MORE PASTE UNDER THE HEATSINK FAN. PLEASE. IF ANYONE ENCOUNTERS THIS PLEASE DO SOME UPDATES HERE..or

Try your card in another PC...
If the same problem exist then your card is dying...
