    You would get a higher performing video card and better power supply which would allow for crossfire in the future with this PSU/ Video card combo : $385 after rebates, $405 before rebates :

    This motherboard and CPU combo would be better, because your current choice for the motherboard has the second PCI 2.0 slot at 4x.

    With all your other components staying the same that will bring your total to around $1110 before rebates and $1075 after rebates.

    I would get a second opinion of the case however as I have both good and bad things about that brand.
