Accidentally exited after first boot now no video

i just put together an amd build with a gtx 460 an athlon x3 440 and an msi 785g e51 mobo, and i booted for the first time changed the time and date and pressed f10 and left then the video went and wont come bakc, what is wrong and how do i fix it, please help?
